Every time the Human Resource department hires or promotes an employee to a new position, the organizational map gets updated automatically. This provides the managers and employee the most updated picture of the organization at any point of time.

Employee Profiling

TalentFactors’ Employee Profiling module is flexible and user-friendly for human resource and equally beneficial for administrative purposes. This helps in:

Reporting is critical for any organization. TalentFactors’ Reporting and Analytics module has greatly simplified the task of generating the insightful reports.
